Subscription Fees
For Pro and Enterprise subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.
Transaction Fees
Transaction fees are generally non-refundable once a transaction has been initiated. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund:
- Cancelled Transactions: If a transaction is cancelled before the buyer makes a payment, no transaction fee will be charged.
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to technical issues on our platform, the transaction fee will be fully refunded.
- Disputed Transactions: If a transaction is disputed and our review determines that the transaction could not be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, we may refund the transaction fee at our discretion.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Transactions that have been successfully completed (where the buyer has received the goods/services and the seller has received payment)
- Cases of fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the 14-day period for subscription fees or 30 days after a transaction for transaction fees
